I hooned my '86 SE like f**k and showed some SUV-drivers what handling is really about, that's about it. I also might drive my '88 GT in a bit to go pick up some food .
Danyel, Looking great! I got a box of 1156's today, and swapped all the rest of the bulbs in the tailights and the front turn signals (of course using fresh dielectric) Also sprayed penetrating oil on all the bolts under there again, and on the engine. Did some measuring to give me an idea what I need to do to make billet grille/covers for the front turn signals. Also made up a new ground cable to go from the engine ground on the trunk hinge to the battery box body ground and put it on.
Got another one made up to go from engine to body underneath when I put it up in the air again.

I welded up an oil cooler bracket for the passenger side wheel well area behind my stage II scoops. I think it'll work... 1/8" steel and it mounts with 3 bolts... 2 under the battery tray and below the fuel lines and one on the wheel well undercarriage. Oil feed is from a sandwich between the oil filter and block
I have a B&M cooler with a temp controlled fan. measures like 8" X 9"... It does fit FYI
Tried to replace the front shocks and when I opened the boxes up I got one 88 Fiero shock and the other shock was for a completely different car. Figures.
NOW IT WON'T START AGAIN!

Got my heads back so I bolted on my exhaust manifolds. Looks like I'll bolt the AC compressor in first, then the heads and then get the motor timed (to adjust lash).
Now I'm just waiting on my crossover tube from Mr. Dickman before I put the intake back on (I hear its a PITA with everything in the way).
Jeezus Kriss FieroMaster... that is one excellent looking Fiero. Tremendous wheel choice and stance. You make us Notchie guys look smart. Got any pics of the inside?
Bought a 3800SC Series I W/ transmission from a 93 Buick with 63000 miles on it for $200. Now time to find a Cradle and start gathering all the rest of the parts for the puzzle.
Got home late and washed the formula after dinner. Was going to take some "before" pictures but it got too dark out. I'll shoot some tomorrow and post em.
Heads are back on the block and ready to be bolted down. After that its time to drop in the distributor (set the motor to TDC on cyl 1 before I put the head on) and then adjust valve lash. I'm totally new to this stuff but I gotta learn someway I guess.
It's dead. Again. Turn the key to ON and I get no fuel pump and no SES light, but the fuel pump is fine because I got it to work when I hotwired it. Wondering if this is an electrical issue.
ive been swapping out my console skeleton fofr a good one i found in a junk yard. nothing broken on it. i was amazed. and running wired and fitting my wideband. thats a pain. i just now depinned a set of wires on the fuse block. more work to go. yippie.
Installed Loyde's dress up covers on the BBV, PCV and EVAP ports. Then I pulled it out of the garage for the first time in three months and washed all the dust off of it. Taking it out for a drive later this afternoon.

I put a coat of wax on it, then took it for a drive and a few pics.

Made a new dipsticl and dipstick tube,Put a few small parts back on next week i will send in my insurance app at soon be on the road for the first time
Bolted my heads back on the block and got my distributor in at TDC for #1. Time to do valve lash and then I'll be ready to stick the lower intake back on.
I finally got off my duff and changed the oil and filter on my 87. Its too friggen hot to do much of anything this time of year in Florida.. I then cleaned the spilled oil on the garage floor. I always spill some getting the filter off. I had to take a cool shower, now I'm just hanging watching NASCAR at the Glenn keeping cool.

Cleaned the interior and both the front trunk and the rear trunk/drivetrain. Getting ready for a car show this Friday. Friday morning I'll clean and detail it real good to get ready for the show.
Mine wouldn't start after I came out of the convenience store this morning on the way to work. The engine turned but didn't fire. Had AAA tow it to the shop. On the bright side, now I can have a couple other things taken care of at the same time.
Well today got busy caused received a whole bunch of stuff hehehehehe here are some pictures of the mods of the day of my Black Widow ... to be continued...

Phew! After the Northwest Fierofest, my GT decided that it is time to get a new alternator. The only accessory that I did not replace last year during the engine transplant. You see, the parts store gave me the wrong one. So, after putting in the old one, I got another 3000 miles out of it. After the show, I started to get a chirping sound from the bearings. Greg and Aaron drove me up to the Richland Autozone to get a rebuilt one. Thanks guys. Planned on replacing it in the morning before the 150 miles home. But, the chirping went away, and I was feeling lucky. So, today I swapped it out. Guage is steady as can be. Before she shook like a recovering meth addict.
While that went on, I decided to put a bit of high temp caliper paint on the heat shields throught the engine bay. This was something that I had been putting off for a while now. The rusty shields were bothering the piss out of me. I think that they came out pretty good.
