I would also like to add my son to the list (fieroadam). His best run was a 14.14@96.?? We cant find the slip but I have a vid that I can post with a confirmed 14.25@96.??
my son, adam has been telling me his 3800 was better than a V8, for 2 years. So we went to the track. His car screwed up as we left for the track. This was a friday afternoon fun day at the track to go with a week long car show. We can hear the track from our house. Now he is doing a 3800SC II, and i am up grading my set up so it will live. His V6 will not be "enuff" We both like to race, we don't care how fast or slow it is. But we love to race each other. when was the last time you raced you son or father?

They usually dont use the timing boards till the elimination rounds so guy in the tower just announce the times, which can be heard at the very end.... that's all I can find atm.
slow? times? my car was a 2.5 auto that smoked like a house on fire when i got it. Might have done a 20 in the Q. with the slow ass 305 it was a 15.0 car. I made it to round 4 in the "King of the hill" bracket race. round 5 was for the money. round 3 I put a 11.xx 69 mustang on the trailer ( for the 2nd week in a row). run slips.
Theres my horrid run. 1985 2M4 2.5/5speed. Major Modifications: Norms Front End, KYB suspension, K&N Air Filter and thats it. Removed spare tire and jack and all items in trunk for this run. Was trying to get into the 16s, but the clutch was going out and I couldnt shift that well after launch and had all kindsa trouble shifting it. Best run of the night was above.

It's really hard to read (at least, on my screen). It looks like it says 17.442 @ 75.75mph. Is that right?
edit to add: Paint.Net to the rescue!
Thanks for the edit. Its an 85 2M4 though not an 86. I wish I could bump it into the 16s on all-motor, but to do that, would take precise driving and a few pricy parts that could easily go twards a 3800 S/C swap...
Mr "12" was when I was with Mrs Supercharger. We broke up and now I with Miss Turbo. I'm trying to keep it fair as the owner must drive his car before it counts. Hell, If I drive your car I would be in the 10's.....Hahaha

U don't really want that do U? Just git your car back and throw some unleaded 100 in it turn up the timing 2* and take it to the track and run a 10.6.. With that ALS you could trow the stock TC back in there and go 9's....LOL

I'm not really that concerned about it, he did drive it so he should be recognized for it. I plan on taking it to the track, and if I beat the 10.98 than I'll have the * removed. I think it will beat it just upping the boost some.

I didn't put any stipulations in the rules about who drives the car down the track. As long as the car you're submitting is your Fiero, it's fine with me. IMO, it's more about seeing what your car is capable of doing, with the right driver. If the car's owner isn't the right driver, then so be it.
That said, I'm open to suggestions. If there's a lot of backlash against this, then I may reconsider.

I thought people would be happy to see another 10 second Fiero. Because it caused so much drama, you can leave it off.
Did my first runs in the car, found it surprisingly hard to launch just right on a really sticky track.
In any case, my '88 coupe with a 3800 series II NA / 4 speed muncie ran a 14.432 @ 93.94 best for the night.
The good thing, I guess, is I'm pretty consistent.. all my runs were within 15 hundredths. Spokane county raceway is at 2600', and last night were at a density altitude of >3200 feet.
