I was taking a picture for use in another thread (regarding how non-submersible fuel hose will eventually dissolve inside a gas tank)... but I realized I also had a shot of my '88 Formula... sort of.

I wanna see more of this gem! Reminds me of uncle's '86 Fiero GT back in the days. I'll come over to help him install the parts from 4Wheelonline onto his Jeep tomorrow. I'll ask if he still got some photos of that car.

Been sitting in the garage for a good 5-6 months. Took it out only because we were having a new washer delivered and installed. (The most expensive washer I have ever bought) Kit
This car is a daily driver, and not a day goes by that someone doesn't comment on it. Today two Harley riders pulled up alongside me at a light to tell me they had forgotten how cool Fieros were. The other day I pulled into an event hosted by one of the NASCAR teams and as luck would have it, I was able to back into an open space right next to their race car. I pulled in and heard, "Well, that's a Fiero, but that ain't no Fiero under the hood!" Soon a handful of folks gathered around the car talking about how GM never let the car reach its full potential.
BTW a few weeks ago I put a new set of BFG G-Force Comp 2 tires on it, and I cannot believe the grip these things have. I wanted a good, high performance street tire with a directional tread that would minimize hydroplaning if I get caught in the rain. These might be the best street tires I've ever purchased.

This morning at Daytona Cars and Coffee - Hotrods for Heroes event...9am-12pm monthly on last Saturday at One Daytona directly across from the Speedway. I was the only Fiero there, so that uniqueness attracted a fair number of folks who asked about the car. For awhile I had the hood open like every other car there and watched several double-takes, as people discovered there was no engine under it. One guy pointed to my battery up front and said to his wife, "Yeah, this one's electric." Hah.

Not today, but 2 weeks ago after getting it back together from a side yard repaint. Took all the body panels off except the roof section around sunroof and windshield.
