Thanks guys. I need time, money, and well... time and money.

Gotta resurrect the Zombiero once more. Ugh...

------------------
(TRSX) The Zombiero - "Thrice resurrected"
1985 GT, 4 Speed Muncie, 3.4PR V6, 15" Lace GT wheels, Power everything, sunroof, Red with gray effects. Driven and enjoyed daily.

Fiero GT- 2 seater, mid engine, rear wheel drive, H.O. V6, manual rack and pinion steering, fully independent suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes, no ABS, no traction control, no speed limiter, available T-Tops. So, outdated econo-box or classic sports car? You decide.

Hey Jets, Tommy and Chris.....I told you mixing beer and wrenching on
cars does not mix. Don't blame it on being dark out either!!!
Now that the clutch disc is in the correct way maybe it will shift and not
make that horrible noise.

Your Fiero friend
Steve

LOL just kidding.

lol. I honestly had no idea the clutch plate was unidirectional. Looked symmetrical to me!

So you're saying we should switch to rum next time?

I think.... I will be there. It's gonna be tough to pull off and interesting to say the least but I hope for once in my freakin life luck will be on my side here. I plan to be there but if something unforseen changes that, I will be sure to let you guys know.

I almost wasnt going to go just because I'm honestly saddened so much seeing my GT like this that I've kinda lost a good bit of enthusiasm. I'll get it back though. Hope to see everyone tomorrow!!!

Hey any of you out there available to work on Tommy's fiero at Rob's and/or help Rob with his truck this weekend? We need to get Tommy's Fiero buttoned up and down the road and out of Rob's driveway. I'll be there tomorrow and maybe Steve will be there as well. Let's get this project done. If you can swing it to help a bit show up and I'll buy you a beer............

..........on another note I'm looking for a set of notchie taillights as I've managed to destroy mine. If anyone has a set let me know. Also if anyone has a junk chassis laying around I'd be interested in hacking the front 3 inches off of it for a project I'm considering. Let me know.

Thanks, Chris

We got quite a bit done on Tommy's car today. It's drivable with no issues. Rob took it around the block, just needs the shifter cables adjusted a bit. We also put a good bit of the interior back together before we both had to pack it up for other engagements this evening. The car is getting there, and we may be working on it tomorrow as well, if anyone can show up to help, call to find out if we'll be working on it.

are they power window/lock? the less work I gota do the better. I discoverd my drivers door is bowed a good inch outward making the door like a banana and causing the archie glass to rub on the door frame, I thought i had it fixed but the bend in the door is just to severe to even mess with any further. maby tommy can bring it up with him when he brings tires for his car????

What he said!! Yup it drove pretty good we just need to adjust the cables a bit and check the fluids and then let it run for a good 45 minuts to see if any leak's start. I will prob get to work first thing in the am on it after I figure out whats going on with the kids going back to mothers house or not. All that is left to do is the radio install and surround, the notchy sail windows install, recover headliner and install and then bolt down all the trim inside. After that the a pillars need to be squished down a bit and glued alittle better so they sit flat w the window its been so cool out since the roof went on that the heat hasnt been there to re goo it and let it settle into place.

I have developed a odd leak in the trunk of my gt with no obvious place the water is coming in, id like to blame the wing but the whole trunk lid underneath was wet weird ?
