Yesterday we had a Fiero Cruise.
it was Tommy with his 86, My friend Chad with our 84SE project, and Zach (new guy) with his Blue 87 Coupe...and of course my 88 3.4L Coupe

we had folks take pictures driving by, and they all slowed down to look.

I got the rear sway bar installed today.

Took it for a short ride. I need to get some different
rims and tires for a little better handling.

Noticed the digital cruise wasn't working. Found that
I hooked one wire up wrong.

Hey everyone, I just met a guy with his own fabrication/machining shop. He's got a lathe, a bridgeport, etc., etc. He can redrill rotor patterns, machine parts[such as hubs etc.], make/fabricate brackets, and probably just about anything else custom you may need. He's built everything from complete race cars to individual brackets and small machined parts. It won't be free[it's his bussiness after all] but his stuff looks to be high quality. If anybody needs anything let me know and I'll get you his info, or I'll contact him for you if you'ld like to discuss your ideas/needs with him

Steve, I hope Bob was helpful. He got home from Hawaii yesterday afternoon. He works 2-11's so only avail in the mornings.
Rob, yep got my stickers and have them on all the cars. I have to get crakcing this spring. Have an oil leak problem with the 86 SE that I have to look at, and a headgasket problem with the 86 GT. Still have to swap engines in the 88 GT to get it running, then it has been suggested that I slim down the herd or there might be a divorce in the air. Lets see, Fiero or Wife, thats a tough one. LOL. I hope she is kidding.

3.4L troubles

still no start after 4 days, replacing the fuel pump because it went out.
I've rebuilt the distributor (cleaned, replaced pick-up coil, and ICM), I have a new starter because the old one broke, and I replaced the Coil, Wires, and swapped 5 different ECM's...still nothing.

I have 50-60psi while dry cranking the engine....so I'm guess my problem now is jumped timing?

I don't want to second guess your troubleshooting abilities, but did you check for spark at the plug? Are the plugs wet? I can probably give you a hand on Saturday and pick up those seats if you are around. I can bring the scantool along too just in case.

Cool I am sure Monday night I will be still workin on it, I am going to have gibbys pull one out of a wreck, I found a bravada like mine today in the corner of the yard we didnt go in and they say it has a good engine and trani so I will be grabbin it and tossing it in. Steve apon further inspection I have concluded the trani was puking out of the breather tube spaying everywhere so its toast, the pimp seals clearly have rolled their last mile.

See? That's the problem. Everyone knows seals don't make good pimps. That's totally a sea lion's job at the least. You would do best with a turtle or jellyfish.

(sorry, that was completely of no use other than to bump this thread)
