You need to get your dad to post on here as well... I'm sure I'm not alone in saying we'd all love to meet the man who's got killer chops to do a swap as clean as yours
Nice story, and car. I remember putting an engine and trans in my first car with my dad. We didn't exactly see eye to eye back then when we started it. Kind of rebuilt our relationship with the vehicle. Enjoy the time with him as someone else mentioned, you will take him with you everywhere you go with your car

Thanks, but I don't think he would haha. If you go to Daytona, he will go with me.

I'm comin' in late, but anyway great lookin' car and I envy you your relationship with your dad. Although my dad was a great guy he had no idea what to do with me.
Great story. You and your father have done a wonderful job with your car. Hope you post often. Sounds as though you are a knowledgeable young man. Nice that your also learning from your dad. Welcome to the forum. George

Sit him down and talk to him and tell him your feelings. I had the same type of bond with my dad. Notice the past tense. HAD. I lost my dad to cancer this past July. He was my best friend, we did it all together. Don't wait too late to try to bond with your dad. My dad died at 56. Very hard loss for me. I miss him daily and now all I have is our memories and a lot of pictures. Cherrish those times while you still have opportunity to do so.
Thanks again to everyone. I do enjoy the times I have with my father, I know I will not be by home all too often once I get a career going (in college now). At some point when I have some time I shall post some of our builds to my car. Thanks again, Curtis

ok it looks like you have done the most popular swaps and add on mods except a v8 how hard was it to do all the work? except trans i will not part with the stick lol and yes i know the old "how hard was it" question is relative to the person but would like to know anyway thanks and great job so far keep up the good work my friend
Hello everyone! My old account (GuitarFiero) was linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to, so I have created this one. I have recently graduated and am now working full time! I drive to Tampa for work and I bought a new Focus to drive to and from work instead of my Fiero. It's been sitting for the last couple of years, but I still drive it every now an then.
