No, I don't have it yet... But I thought I'd start a new thread where I will post every and all information regarding my installation of Amida's awesome new G1 dash. Mine will be black and light gray.

This is how it looks finished:

Without reading all 48 pages can someone tell me if he offers one with modern gauges? It's a very very nice looking dash, but for all that effort I would rather not put the repackaged 80s gauges back in there.

The whole point of the G1 was to use as many OEM parts as possible to keep the cost down. You can get gauge overlays to update the look...

Thats good to know.
I dont think I would want to go to all the expense and work to tart up my dash and still use those old original ESTIMATORS, (it isnt fair to call them *gages* )

It isnt too difficult for me to imagine my shiny new gages in that dash though.

It's not the ONLY thing...The Gold lace wheels are not exactly popular in the 21st Century, (not yet anyway).

Back on topic, I'll be following this as I LOVE dash installs.

If Plans go as Planned by Halloween I should have a very nice treat for everyone...working on custom HD monitors for all gauge replacement.
This can be combined with an Auto-PC to do what GM is doing and a lot more!
