I saw a couple of Fieros at Gilmore's, was hopping to meet some Fiero guys. Maybe next time. With all the cars present, I was surprised there were only 2 Fieros overall?

Yep just a timing issue for some of us. Prior commitments. I tried to get the wife to go, but.. she wants to go but a little later in August. Of course on car shows that the Fiero can be entered in. LOL

The 28th street cruise is next weekend! Who's going and where's the meeting place?
I dont know of a good place. We have so many "closet" Fieros in GR, may be they will come out and hopefully they have "friends" who have a place on 28th St.
I work on Old 28th Street, but it is so far east that NO one comes down that far. LOL. I know I could get the upper lot. Again no one comes down old 28th, they take 28th , but no one cruises that far east on 28th. It is at the East end were 28th dead ends at Cascade Road. I think most cruisers heading east stop at East Paris which is just east a bit from Center Point Mall & East Beltline/Broadmore/M37.

Hey Fiero owners who plan on attending the Grand Rapids Metro Cruise. Good News. Though the generosity of Mr Leese President of Harvey Automotive we have a location to park our cars and watch the cruize. It is on the Thrifty Car Rental lot next to Harvey Lexus and across the street from Berger Chevy.
Here is the latest on the Metro Cruise and Mr John Leese owner Harvey Automotive and what he has planned.
Steve You can arrive anytime after 8:00 and park in the front row right along 28th St in front of Thrifty. We will have all the cars moved the night before so we are all set. We will have Marv"s 55 BBQ on site for food purchases, a DJ spinning tunes and WLAV broadcasting live with Tony Gates too. You will like my '88 it's brand new! I bought it in 1989 with under 1,000 miles on it. Still has the original tires. John
Sounds like it will be a GREAT time. Nice job getting us Fiero guys set up at Harvey Automotive solowtwo. I would drive the wife's Honda up just to hang out, but I am on call this weekend and have to stay local
spotted in the dark while at night...black in black!! on Centre St next to "Ryders??" across the street from St Cathrens church for sale 84 SE with GT rear panel. looks like Black Dynamite with them Enkei Wheels and GT bumper swap. i got the GT front too. this one is only a 4 cyl i would pop on this if it was a V6 and/or 87

Yeah I cant do the 4 day color tour either since I work full time Monday-Friday. Would be nice to do a one day drive.
We, the Capital City Fiero group will be starting out of Traverse City on Saturday. You can join us for a day or two if you want to. We already have some that will be doing that. On that Saturday we will be going through the tunnel of trees and that is a really fun drive if you have never done it, you should try to make this.

the weekend starting Friday 11th is or could be the best and last good run. they are changing down here and rainy weather just helps knock near ripe leaves out........and as you state Solo, you are out of the 18th. Saturday and/or Sunday could float for weather too....if we keep it open as a weekend thing one day. this weekend I may end up at the Lingenfelter annual open house charity benefit on my way to Cleveland OH. in the rain tho
you guys work it out cuz I run wild all the time....took me 50 miles to get to the local grocery the other day, cuz it was soooooo nice out

Spotted a red bumper pad at the Outlet Mall in Howell today. Saw a black GT yesterday east of Brighton. We traveled East on 96 in the stop and go traffic together for while then he and his girl friend turned and went south on 23.
