Will be starting the contruction process this weekend of the bases from ECU to the front of the Stereo - A/C surround.

I started cutting the plastics this morning from the ECU to the base of the Radio A/C surround.

Man, that's beautiful. Not being able to compare it's accuracy, it still looks like a very good reproduction of the original. Will the final product be one piece or will it be individual pieces bonded into one?

It really does look great! Keep up the good work. Lots of people seem to be genuinely excited about it!

It will be made in four seperate pieces for easier installation.And make easier to work on shifter cable without having to remove the entire skeleton.

Interested... Mine is currently very fragile and epoxied together.

Yes it is Chooko.....I have just taken some time off after my hand surgery to heal and plus my chemo has been
tripled by my doctor recently."Nothing I definately wanted".I already have the plastic ready to go,so hopefully soon they will be in

They will be $100.00 plus shipping.
Included with T-15 machine screws for the recessed threaded inserts where the center console,shifter plate,power window / mirror switchplate, A/C controls, Stereo and faceplate mount.
Plus it will include the hardware to attach the 4 seperate pieces together to make a whole center console skeleton.

It is not for sale yet.....Maybe by the end of the year,it will be in "The Mall" section.

I just pulled one from a pick a part. Mine was busted in about 20 places. Glad to see someone stepping up and making them though.

I am sorry this project seems to be taking forever to get done.But I did get the materials today to build my molds and the plastic resin to make
the skeletons any day now.I am going to make the first casting tomorrow after the mold sets.The material cures to a hard durable plastic and
is easy to Tap,Drill,and Sand.I will have pictures up as soon as I have the first casting done in the next few days.

This product "Will Definitely" be in "The Mall" section For Sale by the end of the year or early next year.. I need to get at least 5 built before I list them for sale.

Here is a sample mold of the shifter section to check detail.

You can see when removed it has the same undercuts as the original shifter section.

Will I be able to install a double DIN headunit ABOVE the HVAC below? That would be neat and give the car a more modern look.

That was a small test tub of mold making silicone to see if it would work with the undercuts of the skeleton.It worked great, so I just ordered more mold making supplies.So hopefully by the end of the month I will have one done.

Just got my first delivery of the mold making supplies.Now hopefully the order of casting resin gets here by the end of the month.
I will definately have this item "For Sale" in "The Mall" by the end of the year.Sorry it has been taking this long;but my health is now making me work at a much slower pace.Thank You everbody again for your interest in this much needed Fiero item

I am still interested. Money is kind of an issue right now, so it may not be on my immediate list, but I would like one eventually.
