I've got a sunroof delete, Ttop delete '87 GT. LOOKING for it to also be a wing delete and luggage rack delete. The more I see a fastback with NO wing, the better I like it. A Camaro lip seems to be where it's at, if anything. Anyone know how to fill in the wing stand holes the right way?

My 87 GT is a factory wingless car but one was unfortunately added after the fact, something I'll remove eventually.

What's the best way to fill in the wing holes?

LOL I'll have to start using that term. "T Top Delete". Makes it RARE!

I am told that what works the best is a brand of body filler used on Corvettes but I can't remember what it is called.

Assuming mine was from JC Whitney, no, no they don't use the same pattern.
Not only that, but the base of the wing wasn't exactly the same size as the base of the factory wing. The factory-style wing gaskets didn't fit them at all. Between the nonstandard bolt holes and the ill-fitting gaskets, I had a lot of trouble sealing mine against leaking. I wasn't sorry to see it go. I think I posted in this thread already - I found a perfect wingless decklid in the junkyard and made the switch. Right color even! Best thing I ever did.

Doesn't have a lid on it yet. But I'm not planning on putting a wing on the one I do install. Perhaps a small lip spoiler, if anything at all.

That's pretty. I plan on doing something similar to finish mine off. Is that plasti-dip?
