Need some help, friends.

I am currently trying to figure out how to make the pop-up head lights for my "408" replica. I want two 60 mm projectors per side and I want them to be chassis mounted.

I need ideas on how other pop-ups are made and installed. If you could post some pics of your installs or recommendations, I'd appreciate it.

Thanx

Bob

You basically just need a sheet metal frame with appropriate sized holes, which you can mount to the stock Fiero headlight assemblies, in place of the large sealed beam lamp brackets. You'll also need some way to adjust the positioning of the lights.

A quick search for "projector headlights" on the forum, gives these threads that would be relevant to you:

Thanx for the info, fellas. I did search and found a number of items, namely Danyel's and ProjectorRetrofit's.

Danyel: Can I ask you the size of yours, width and height?

Bridgetown:
