I have not played with the 3.4 iron head engine if that is what you are talking about i think the ports of the iron heads are mor the problem from what i have read and not so much the valve size if your going to go with a 60 degree engine go with 3500 or the 3900 way better heads for power

Will they bolt up to the 3.4? I still want to go roller. I want to use the fiero intake.

the 3500 and 3900 both have roller cams as far as i know or the 3400 but not the 3.4 Camaro engine

Yes. The 3x00 are roller cam blocks. The Camaro 3.4 is the same as the Fiero 2.8. Has the same cam and heads I think.

Seems like a good place to ask. A friend cracked a head on his S10 with 4.3. He cant find one locally, will a 3.4 head fit ?

No. 4.3 is 90 degree small block based engine. 60 degree heads won't fit on it. 3800 is a different design, so they won't work either.
