The picture in all of these ads clearly shows two cam bolts. The standard kit only contains one cam bolt and one regular bolt.
Of course, I opened the package too late to leave negative feedback or get any kind of remedy from the vendor.
So not only do I have to buy another bolt, I have to wait for it to get here. Bastages.

Interesting...
I messaged the vendor, and he sent me a full refund. Said "I'm sorry for any mistake."

I'll take it.

... and why he had to buy another kit.

The picture shows 2, but only had 1 camber bolt in it.

As I asked the vendor (who pictured two bolts in his ad) "Who only does one strut at a time?"

Raydar... Please stop trying to apply logic in an illogical world. You are old enough to now I should not have to tell you these things...

Tire rack no longer carries the cam bolts, so I'm ordering the trw pair. Question, why does it offer a front fitment? Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the front camber obtained from the upper ball joint and not the shock?

The same cam bolt setup can be used on many FWD cars with the same strut/knuckle design as the Fiero. There are many GM cars from the era that were very similar.

olejoedad is correct.

Most GM FWD cars of that era were struts on front, shocks on rear. The Fiero is reversed.
Makes sense when you consider we have Citation powertrain moved to back of car.
