I figured I start the thread. As hopefully everyone reading this already knows the 40th is quickly getting closer and I want to try to gain everyone’s interest so let’s share what we plan on bringing and planed projects to have completed by that time. I’ll start. I plan on bringing up my 88 coupe. I have been working on a wide body for a few years now and plan on having the body completed and painted come the 40th. It has a 3900 vvt and I plan on having it equipped with itb’s as well. What are you bringing ? [This message has been edited by Awalker W02 (edited 12-21-2022).]

Should have the 3800 Turbo out and the LS4 Turbo in. Would like to have the paint done, but probably not before the 40th.

What an amazing surprise! I didn't know there would be a 40th celebration until I saw this today (not coming here often). And best part is it will be right here about 50 min from home! I'll be there for sure with my Formula :-) Interestingly 15 yrs ago I was living in FL and I drove up here for the 25th. Never I would have imagined then that I would be living here for the 40th! ------------------ 88 Formula: TPI V8 + 6-Speed 304rwHP/366rwTQ

I agree... but need to be more specific. A LOT of Canadian beer is crap.. Such as Molson Canadian... Labatt Blue.. These are basically glorified urine samples. I love picking on American beers as much as your average Canadian, but we need to be careful! Yuingling... Sam Adams.... they are pretty damn good! So we need to bring our "A game" if we are going to show up the Yanks. Not the commercialized, mass produced crap... Coors Light and Bud Light are not real beers. They are only designed to make 13 year olds do things they already want to do..

What rules does US Customs have with regards to Canadians bringing in beer?

Oh man, I'll finally get to see R. Runner's car in person! So that's so awesome news for me.
I'm bringing my Turbo LS4 with all of it's Corvette suspension and 4T80 goodness. A chair. Going to find the best cooler I can that fits in the "wedge" of the trunk to put ice and drinks in. Mike is planning to bring his 3800 / F23 swapped Fiero.
When there I'll be stopping at a well stocked liquor store to hound for any of the quality stuff I can't easily get here. Or barring that, a decent bottle of tequila and bourbon.
