I looked at it on EBAY....It has the original (Non-Power-steering) rack....It could have the electric power steering added on which goes on the steering column- but I think that would show under the dash in the pictures that were posted. (Added note; The original pics at the top of the ebay ad do not include interior or mech pics- scroll down and there is a second series of pics (I don't know why it is that way)
