Has anyone used the fiero store full quarter window replacement? if anyone has these on their cars could you post pictures, specifically if anyone has done this on a red Fiero, how easy/hard are these to install, how are they fastened on compared to the original style, etc.

A question for The Fiero Store.....

Do these replacements maintain the flow through ventilation that the OEM pieces allow?

Yes, I am aware of the compromised ventilation, all I have found in searches are threads talking about that, no pictures, and no one who actually tried them to see, 90% of the time I drive my Fiero, sunroof is off, and the other 10%, sunroof is open, and a good amount of the time windows are down as well, so ventilation is definitely not a problem for me specifically, and I would like pictures and a few reviews from people who actually tried them. Clearly if the Fiero store is able to have them as an option and stock them, someone has actually bought them.

Yes I am aware of that, but the Fiero store currently only had notchback ones, and I provided a link to the specific ones I'm talking about, the search has a few results, but not very many, mostly of plain black still panels, no Pontiac logo, no GT/SE decal, and on a black car. Thanks though.

Those have been available through a couple of vendors but I believe Fiero Store is the only one selling them now. They simply stick on the car with mounting tape which is included. Lildevil on here had a set on his car.

There's also someone on Ebay selling them. Here's one of his pictures:

I have ran this style for a decade... They are installed with double sided tape along 2 surfaces, so the bottom is open and there is a large opening to the rear, so concerns about venting the passenger cabin are unfounded.

3M molding tape:

One place of interference. The top of the 1/4 panel sticks up past the top of the tape surface. I used a hand held grinder to bevel the top of this panel (it is hidden behind the sail panel) and did add a 2nd layer of 3M tape to the bottom 2" of the window so the edge would be held with tape and the gap where it transitioned between 1 layer and 2 layers of 3M tape would happen mid window.

I dont think it is quite my cup of tea after seeing it on a red Fiero, but i will say it looks stunning on a black fiero, your pictures were the only ones i had found prior to creating this thread, which is what made me interested in the idea.

If you need them for a coupe find a set of 84 glass panels. If it is a GT look for plain ones.

I replaced my SE with glass and never looked back.
