Without a doubt PFF is by far the best treasure trove of Fiero resources on the internet. . Cliff has put a huge amount of volunteer time to keep the forum up and running. The end of PFF would be a devastating blow to the Fiero community

When I visit PFF I sometimes think what would be the fate of PFF if Cliff is unable to or decides he doesn't want to run PFF anymore. Does anyone know if Cliff has any succession plans to pass PFF on to someone else to keep it running in future years if his circumstances change?

Cliff is still a young guy... so as long as we keep sending him money... he'll keep it running!

I would like to point out that Classic Glastron Forum just vanished....quite suddenly. So I would like to see some form of "back-up Plan"....

Don't really understand CGF dying....the Glastron and Glastron/Carlson boats are by far the best looking boats ever (New boats (From ANY Manufacturer) are just ugly)

Worth noting.... I was involved with 80's Mustangs as much as 80's Fiero's over the past 40 years, so in the "80s car world" the PFF (Pennocks Fiero Forum) equivalent was FEP (Four Eyed Pride) for 1979 to 1986 Mustang's, and it too was a major UBB internet community for a quarter century with endless/priceless info from member contributions over that time frame. The owner of the FEP forum went MIA and the FEP forum went POOF in 2024... everything is gone.

Thanks for the reminder; I have been negligent at that contribution. Question: On the Donation page, where it says "December 2015", does that really mean 2015? I am hoping donations have been coming in strong ever since.

I have my donation setup to send money monthly, that's a good way not to forget. I know this helps Cliff and the forum.

Donations are needed all the time for those that can afford a few dollars.

These forum formats are a dying breed. So many people Facebook these days and I hate it. You're lucky if you find the info you need once, and heaven forbid, have to go back and find it a few days later. It is great as far as instant communication for meets and such, but I like the more laid-back pace of the BBs. Plus, I feel the information is just "better" on the boards.

Yes, and I apologize for that. I often have no idea where the donations comes from (as in, which member on the forum) and all I have to go by is the email address. I often "reply" to that email address extending my gratitude, but since I hardly ever receive a reply to those emails, I have no idea if my thanks actually reached its destination. πŸ˜„

So yeah, if you don't hear from me, please don't take that as a sign of indifference or me not being grateful. I am very grateful for all donations, small or large. It helps keeping the forum alive. Besides, I show my gratitude by making sure the forum has a near 100% uptime and is still quick and responsive. And although its looks haven't changed in almost 20 years, a lot has changed behind the scenes (better and faster server, more features, etc). 😁 Trust me, maintaining the forum and its sever is still a daily task.

But yeah, I understand why some people think I might be ungrateful if they make a donation and not so much as a thanks for me. So again, I sincerely apologize for that and please believe me I *am* very grateful. ☺️

So to all that has made donations in the past: thank you very much for your generousity! Without you, this forum would not have been around for as long as it has.

Yeah, that hasn't been updated. I'll update it soon. But donations have been about the same since then.
