Hello and Happy Sunday. I am posting from my father in laws account. He passed away last year, but was a car enthusiast and active in this forum. He raced at Dover Raceway in Wingdale New York in the mid to late 1960s.

He was in the process of rebuilding an 87 coupe, replacing 4 clyinder with a rebuild 2.8 stroked to 3.2. Installing a fino body made by v8archie. These details I’ve gathered from his emails but I’m hoping to find some help in sorting, pricing and selling parts that we have stored across three garages.

Looking for any guidance. Appreciate it and hope everyone is well.

Hello, welcome to the Forum. I wish I could help, especially buying. We need more information. What kind of parts ? The actual car body ? Pictures will help.

Call me biased but I think you should finish your Dad's dream, .

I believe that I remember your dad. He started the project over 10 years ago. I recall his name may have been Dave???? If it was, he was active in one of the old NJ Fiero clubs. If you have all the parts there to complete the project it represents quite an investment but everything in parts, all separate won't bring all that much. A re-body is hundreds of hours of work. Is the new body on the frame or is the entire deal just parts? Has the engine been installed and running?

I second Cliff! Maybe I'm sentimental, but it would be sweet to see it finished. Those Fino kits are pretty cool.
That being said, there are a lot of us who would love to help with the buying, and I think you'll get pretty honest advice here.

I'd be happy to come out and take a look at what you have an give you an idea of whats there and a starting point. I am sure Dennis would probably be up for it as well.

Not looking to take on a new project but like Cody, the spirit among Fiero owners has always been to help each other out. I'd have no problem coming over to take a look but detailed pictures might be a good starting point.
