I have always wanted "Exploded" views of my cars and boat- but every time I try to get pics the vehicles are un-usable after the dynamite goes off.....

Yeah, I'm excited... the exploded views are key to figuring out where everything goes. Half the time I spend in the service manual, is just looking for pictures to make sure everything goes where it should. So this will help immensely.
Cliff, I actually got it from The Motorbook Store. I tend to get all of my books there, they price-match, and I actually got it cheaper (through their eBay store) than Walmart. I think it was like only a couple of bucks. I didn't even think to look at Walmart.COM, but I prefer anyway to support the smaller stores when I can. I'd be willing to bet that the Motorbook Store is probably the one that supplies it to Walmart, haha...
I just paid $100 for a copy from the EBAY-Motorbooks store....Same price on Amazon and WalFart....(They have 6 left now)
Back in the 80s when I worked and lived in Alameda (NAS Alameda) there was a book store; Auto-Bound....Found all kinds of great books for my Fiero and my '73 mach 1. The most amazing thing though was a book about my father's Jowett Jupiter sports car- bought it and gave it to him on Father's day- absolutely blew his mind!
(Note; Jowett Jupiter- flat four, water-cooled with the radiator BEHIND the engine, four on the column, bench seat....60 hp stock, but the race version had a bit more- maybe 85 HP...won, in it's class (Under 1.5 L) at Le Mans 3 years in a row)

nice find! Has anyone digitized this? Would be super handy to be able to download and print
There is a "free" one floating around that someone scanned... (I just searched, but can't find the link). Someone did their best... but the diagrams are so grainy that it's almost impossible to even know what you're looking at. Quite frankly, the only thing you're going to get out of it is the part number off to the side. Most of the diagrams are totally illegible on the PDF version. The book version is clear.

I can't recall when I got mine, invaluable when paired with the FSM. That said I've found some details omitted or otherwise not fully included such as correct part numbers on some specific parts. Basically I've seen 2 different part numbers and differences for aero rockers(mid) section. From the outside it looks right buy it's on the underside when you see the difference.
That book has been sitting on my shelf for about 20 years and it is a great reference. Highly recommended. As for the jealousy comment. I know my Fieros are not the best examples, not the fastest around (but fast) just improved from stock to my liking. Whatever the preference, its still all a great hobby getting a 40 yr old inexpensive vehicle with timeless looks to achieve the performance and appearance that you want.
