Well, I guess that's one way to interpret a couple of aircraft flying IFR (I follow roads). Just my guess but, I'm thinking whoever started that story has no idea there's an Air Force base at Amarillo. I've flown through there several times and refueled. ATC kept our flight basically over the freeway.

As I've plainly stated previously, that is Canada's issue. I have no futher comment. Your previous posting was in reference to an American Convoy. Personally, I think it's a waste of time, money and effort. Apply all that energy, time and effort into our next election and that would make a bigger difference. Just my opinion. But I won't be claiming any fake victories.

I just went through a 5-month house-hunt to find something both of us could live with. I've got a river for fishing and canoeing across the street, literally. I got an archery shop/range across the river, literally. I got a lake and a res with cheap smokes 10 min drive away. I'm outside town but close enough its walkable if I really want to. How many condo/apartments you know of that have an included yard for the dogs ?. Kim's medical center when needed is 8 blocks. I got a gym/fitness room for my fat ass in the building, included. And I got last unit at the back so there is very little traffic going by the front door.
And you think I am gonna start looking again ????

Mind ya, I'm only about 50km from Chemical Valley so if Putin decides to nuke it, I'm pretty much screwed.

Just remembered, there was some kind of Trucker Convoy/Protest planned for the same day as the President's SOTU address. Something about shutting down DC... What happened? Haven't heard a word about it.

Yep. I have found that some need to invent their own emotional arguments in order to justify their insanity. It's not fun when those folks get into power.
