On Monday the United States Postal Service was able to recover 36 ballots from the area on Highway 17 before turning them over to the ROV. Thirty-one of the 36 ballots could be verified and have been approved to be counted. Kind of reminds me of the old Groucho Marx quip about the time he shot an elephant in his pajamas.

After ten days, the counting has come to a grinding halt. In the last two days, they have only added a few hundred ballots, and they still have over 10,000 left.

In their defense the numbers went over 20....21 if they drop trousers.
