No, I get it... I totally understand what you're saying Ray. Essentially, you're saying that everyone should have a vote... and I don't disagree with you. Certainly, I don't particularly like this outcome, but I do want to mention a few things...
For one, the laws in place in those states were enacted by the citizens of those states. Many of them, were laws implemented at a time when the majority voters were Democrat.
Two... originally in this country, only land owners could vote. Now, I'm not saying I agree with that, because also... blacks couldn't vote, so it was ridiculous. But at least as it applied to the land owners, the reason they did this is because they were paying taxes and had skin in the game. Regardless, everyone pays taxes (or has the ability to pay taxes at this point if they work), so I agree and accept that every U.S. citizen should be allowed to vote.
There is something to be said though that people who wouldn't normally go vote, without possibly being either pressured to do so, or "given" something to do so (within the grounds of the law)... should not be voting because they wouldn't otherwise wouldn't on their own accord and are therefore only voting based on who has the better *ground game*
All we know is... the votes that came back in the middle of the night were essentially 99% Democrat, which is mathematically and statistically impossible.

What is the confusion? Even Rinse above agrees that while he doesn't think it was 99%, that in fact it was more like 75-87% Democrat. The reason I reposted that image above, is because it was essentially what all the vote totals looked like in all of those swing states. It was a coordinated effort based on the rules that were skirted in the links I posted above from the various states where the state supreme courts ruled that these laws were violated. The question isn't whether or not THAT happened... it's whether or not semantically we can call it voter fraud because Republicans had the option of doing it too under the violation of those laws which apparently no one tried to stop until after the election.

All allegations need time to be investigated. From election to change of office happens quickly. It takes time to present real evidence before a court.

it is a complicated issue, but if you are really interested then I suggest you read the decision from the North Carolina Supreme Court in Holmes v. Moore that declared a strict voter ID law unconstitutional because it violated minorities equal protection under the law.

I disagree. It can't be cheating if the rules were the same for both sides. That is the big point that no one wants to admit.
Voting rules did not hurt Republicans. Their incompetence in campaigning did. They were too stupid to promote mail in voting during a pandemic.
