Is that why so many of your professional journalists just said noises were heard? Why didn't they know that shots were fired and that people were injured or killed? Even when confronted with facts that Trump was injured they reported that it was from the teleprompter and not a bullet hitting his ear. LOL

On the one hand you expect Trump to know in seconds everything that happened and on the other hand your professional journalists even hours later were wrong, wrong, wrong.

Even on this forum I have seen multiple posts about having to "shoot our way out of" political problems instead of voting to fix them and wondering how long it will be until the shooting has to start. And those comments were not coming from a "leftist".

In a post to his Truth Social network, Trump thanked the Secret Service and other law enforcement 'for their rapid response'.

'I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin,' he said on social media.

'Much bleeding took place, so I realised then what was happening.

'I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of law enforcement, for their rapid response,' Trump added.

'Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured.

With how quickly he was hustled off the stage, I'm thinking that he didn't even know about the others until later on.
