In BCRA language, this would be an "electioneering communication" that should be regulated.

Not to point fingers, but there was one group that was particularly vociferous in making sure these kinds of messages could not be regulated, and ultimately succeeded in having the law gutted by the Supreme Court (after bringing multiple cases about it to them).

No. Honestly, I'm still very torn on BCRA. I agree it went too far. I also agree it was a realistic attempt to address these kinds of shenanigans.
