What made you think Trump might lose ?
The reason trump and his campaign were suggesting voter fraud was and could be a problem, is because it happens and no one could really know to what extent. Added to that, election rules were being changed at the last minute by entities not empowered to make rules.

I do think election reform will still be focused on, though that is a State thing. Election interference happens, and has happened, for a very long time. The main stream media, being another are of the Democratic party does it all the time. As do foreign actors.
Edit to add ... all those wishing to affect the outcome of elections will always look for new ways to do it.
