I've been listening to the hearings, on and off, for several hours. I think he's a complete nut cluster and needs to go away. (I also thought that, a while back, but what I'm hearing tends to reinforce it.)
I am not a big fan of him either. I think that in narrow topics he is correct such as food and drug freedom. He would be good in this appointment. It is 50/50 whether he gets through the nomination.
I also watched. I think he did a very decent job. I don't think he is a nut job. I do think he cares about the health of Americans.
The democrats were definitely trying to torpedo him. They wanted yes or no answers to multiple complicated questions. They had seven minutes to frame a question and they wanted a simple yes or no.
Sounds like Elmer Fudd ? I wonder what I sound like. His voice is ... has been affected by his life's conditions but that is not a deal breaker.

The government made up the food pyramid and demonized fats. Both were wrong and were pushed for decades. As a result American food became loaded with sugar and carbs. Americans got fat and diabetes cases exploded across the country.
I don't know what they were doing in Europe but the US government really screwed up nutrition here in the U.S.

I agree with this sentiment, but can we just do away with the subsidies propping it up and making it a economically viable in the first place? I dunno if it needs to be banned...nobody ever wanted to be eating/drinking it in the first place.

I do believe the question Cliff is asking sets the narrative for what and why Senator Warren was asking anything. Big Pharma gives her a lot of money. I'm still not a Kennedy advocate but, the Senator's concerns are full of political and related to her eventual retirement funding.
I readily admit I know nothing of Senator Warren and what her affiliation with Big Pharma may or may not be. However, it was pretty obvious that Kennedy was dodging her question.

Taking quotes out of context and chopping sentences up to change their meaning...Cliff you're better than this! We took a hard turn there somewhere...dog meat? Bill Gates and mosquitoes? I...what? As for contrails...that's like the second thing in the wikipedia for it: "Depending on the temperature and humidity at the altitude where the contrails form, they may be visible for only a few seconds or minutes, or may persist for hours and spread to be several kilometres/miles wide, eventually resembling natural cirrus or altocumulus clouds."
If they are chemicals the government is using to dose the population, why do they appear behind all types of aircraft, including private, corporate, military? Why can amateur climatologists predict when they will appear based on weather patterns? The Weather Club at one of the highschools at the district I worked at did that. I believe that should have been stated as "financial gains because she is engaged in financial gains from Big Pharma. Which she is. Kenney called her out on it. She would not deny it. Pocohantis never explained why her allegation was true. She does not want her cash cow to be sued.
