Comey ran an off the books honeypot operation. He sent female FBI agents to infiltrate the 2016 Trump campaign and entrap high level people in the campaign.

I'm very much looking forward to any and all arrests that occur as a result of the last administration, including people like Comey who tried to prevent Trump from even being successful in his first term.

There is a difference between a weaponized legal system and going after those who were willingly taking part in that weaponized legal system.
