Was there a choice on the '88 Formula of either a glass sunroof or t-tops?

If both options were available, was the glass sunroof completely removable, similar to the t-tops?

Yes. Same roof options as any other 88.

All factory sunroofs from all five years are interchangeable. They all are removable.

One other bit of info - even a hard top Fiero has the hole for the sunroof in the space frame. You can change body panels and add the sunroof hardware to any Fiero.
The factory sunroof covers almost all of the roof.


Glass stored up front:

T-top cars had bags for the tops and a strap in the trunk to tie the bags down.

It's not uncommon to see Fieros with aftermarket sunroofs, but they'll be much smaller.
