Could be anything.
Local PC or Router taking too long to revolve DNS to shortulr etc is enough to cause this. DNS works but has many issues and problems. Anything can cause problems... Short list... Local equipment, Local ISP, the "Backbone" sevices, ISP to a site, and site itself.

It worked for me today so I copied the the pages with firefox. Don't want to lose that information.
