I won the fight to get all the auto transmission mounts and engine mount changed on my v6, at least I thought I did. They all lined up, I haven't bolted them all the way down yet. In victory I pop up from underneath... and... the dogbone mount on the engine is about 3/4 in to the right of where.it should be. If I jack the engine back up and it comes off the right engine mount about 3/4 inch it lines up. When I tighten down the rear transmission mount will it compress any? I did notice when it went in it was quite a bit taller than the original, but I assume that is just because the old was really worn. Any ideas?

The studs are offset on the mount, flip it around.

The engine mount studs are offset so spin the engine mount around. The Transmission mounts have two sets of holes in the subframe so you probably need to lift and shift those over.

Thanks for the photo, that is helpful. I saw the 2 holes on the front mount, went back where it was but I will swap them around. Back I was doing mostly by feel!

Still stuck on this one. Engine mount is correct., transmission mounts can't shift due to engine mount. It looks like it comes down to height. New transmission mounts are 5/8" higher than removed so they bring that side up and in essence tip it toward the passenger side. If I bring thr passenger side off the engine mount by about 1/2" it lines up. What am I missing?

Think you answered your own questions. Buy different trany mounts. Wrong application or bad manufacturer.
