Hey guys, I recently bought a Fiero Subwoofer kit off eBay. It was a steal... about $100 bucks for the entire thing. Uncut harness from the power block to the overhead console to the radio and to the amp, amp, amp bracket, subwoofer box, subwoofer, and the overhead console.
QUESTIONS:
1 - The ONLY problem, one of the brackets on the subwoofer box was broken off (I knew this when buying it). When installed, it's the bracket that mounts right above where the passenger's "dead pedal" is (by the courtesy light). The box isn't damaged, but the bracket is missing. Would anyone mind measuring this for me? It looks to me like it's a simple "L" bracket that's bent 90 degrees at one point, with a cut-out where the retaining bolt goes. I would really appreciate it if someone wouldn't mind measuring this for me as I intend to make one myself to replace it. This is the best picture I could find (I've circled the bracket I need):

2 - Does anyone know what the factory frequency range is that's supported? I realize that this is largely dependent upon the radio too... but I also know that the factory amplifier only supports a certain frequency range. I could not find anything anywhere that talks about this (even on Oliver Schultze's page). I'd like to buy an aftermarket speaker, and want to make sure that I put whatever in there I can that will work well. I know that the factory amplifier only pushes the lower frequencies, so a normal midrange speaker likely wouldn't even produce any sound at all.
3 - Anyone know where I can purchase a replacement foam gasket? Back in the day, Rodney Dickman sold everything for this... but he's completely sold out. I bought his kit many years ago, but that's been installed in my Fiero which is in storage and useless to me right now, hah. I'd like to cut my own gasket based on the old one, but just curious if anyone has any good sourcing for material for this.
4 - Last question, unrelated to the subwoofer. My daughter's 85 has the headrest speakers, and not the side-pillar speakers. Can anyone recommend a good set of replacement speakers that work with the head-rests? Specifically... anyone know what the frequency range is that the factory DELCO radios support so that when ordering a replacement set of speakers, I can make sure I get ones that are optimal? What are the frequency range / Ohms / watts for the factory speakers, or more correctly... what can the factory head unit support? I'm thinking (best guess), probably 15 watts per channel? This is the exact radio that she's going to be installing in her car:

Thank you!!!
