Hey Everyone,

I figured out how to write to a 2732A chip for an egr delete. I could have paid someone but hey that ruins the learning and the fun of it. However, I still have one more question, when doing an EGR delete do you multiply the main spark advance Vs. RPM Vs. MAP table by 5% (1.05) from its previous value? I think I found the answer to this question from a old forum post but I wanted to be sure if this applies to the 2.8L (stock) engine when doing the delete. Do you multiply the entire table by 1.05 so that the engine will now run slightly richer and cooler guarding against a possible burnt valve or piston ring? or is this change even needed at all? Here is the forum post I am mentioning:

I already programmed these changes:
-Set the min temp for EGR to the max value.(EGR will never turn on).
-Disable the code 32 error code.
-Zeroed out the EGR spark advance table.
-Set the EGR TPS to 99.6%

If you should decide to sell these chips be sure to mention that they are for 'off road or racing application only' Don't want to upset any government agencies.

You're making it way harder than it needs to be.
As I recall... Copy the " EGR Off" Fueling and Timing tables into the "EGR on" fields. The differences will be at part throttle, but it doesn't matter if you copy the whole table.
Set the EGR enable temp to some ridiculous temp. (I think the top of the scale is 300C, but it's from memory, so I could be wrong.) Regardless, if it ever gets hot enough to turn on EGR, you've got lots of other stuff to worry about.
Disable the Code 32 diagnostic flag.

I run this identical configuration in my car. Offroad only, of course.
