Does anyone know where I can find the KYB rear struts for an 88? I tried WCF and even they couldn't get the Gas Adjust shocks. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your only choice is to get rear struts listed for an '84-'87.

A) KYB does not make a "Gas-A-Just" for the rear of our Fieros....you have to go with the Excel-G style shock.

B) The shocks on the rear are (Basically) interchangeable between 84-87 and 88 (the fronts are completely different tho)

KYB Excel-G Gas Strut - Part # 234005. These work on all years of Fieros.

I buy them from summit racing: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/KYB-234005

Just put Excell G shocks and struts on the Formula. They perform pretty damn well. Like the ride.

I'm happy with Monroe Sensa-Trac Struts {now called OESpectrum} and they fit properly on the 1988 rear knuckle.......
