I am in need of a quick help! I am new to fieros. and this is my first time working on one.

I put an 87GT engine into an 88GT

I was wondering if the 88 hose or the 87 hose would work for the coolent system in the rear?

(by hose i mean all of the hoses for the coolent system)

And where is the best place to get them ASAP?

IMHO

TO ME, you're 'bouncing off the walls' and not finishing your posts by "closing the loop"....

The phrase is used to refer to the process of completing a task or discussion by addressing any remaining issues or questions.

It involves responding to our help by reporting back of the 'subject' and finalizing the discussions.

Without your feedback, I won't put in any time to help....

Rock Auto is the best place to look for all of these things. In addition, since you're using different year stuff, you can also compare the pictures from 1988 and 1987 models (in Rock Auto) to see what you need.

Coolant tube to radiator hoses are unique to the 88.
Back of car hoses for the 88 and 87 models are the same for the water pump inlet, heater core return and both ends of the crosscar tube coming out of the thermostat housing.

Vintage Nut offers good advice for Forum conversation.

If you can help it, I would try not to re-use old hoses, especially if they look old. It's cheap insurance if you can buy a newer set.
