No I haven't used a stock radiator in about 22 years.

Oh Ok, next week I'll get some pics of the F40 up.

I would have preferred th ecompomotive wheels but, as you know, you can't get the compomotive Model TS wheels anymore.

We got lucky & HRE just came out with a new wheel, HRE 505, that is about the next best choice.

Check out this thread https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/088309.html

Thanks Archie, I missed the HRE thread - interesting. I like them but guess I don't like seeing the lugs. Also 1700 each Ouch. I think I spent like 2,200 for the compomotive set in 1994. But I ended up getting 2 new 17" for rear later on top of that.
What did you use for the F40 rear lights / brake and turn signals (Carello)? Or reproductions from EVM Rob?

I also like the Compomotive better.

We have real 308 tail lights.

Archie, When I see a TTOP in your shop, you get my attention. I've been thinking about going back to a notchback, and getting one of your widebody kits. You going to try a chop on the TTOP? If so, you will really have my attention.

It's not going to be a ChopTop.

It is going to have a major body change.

It is going to have a "built" LS engine in it.

If anyone can determine where we've seen the above mentioned wheels before, they may have clue as to who I might be building it for.

Hard to say right now. When you see the nose design, you might want to paint it White.

I have a feeling I've seen those wheels on a certain kitcar. I guess it's true, one Fiero is never enough eh?

That'd be the customer you built the Miura for(Dunno any names mind you)....unless there's someone else running around with that wheel/tire combo.

Sorry, we don't really have the big "Open House" like we used to. I ran out of things to say/do at the open houses & we moved into a smaller shop. In the smaller shop a dozen is a big get together. LOL

We also have almost finished the GT40 replica with the LS3 & Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger.

Need to finish a couple of things & do some test driving.

We will be shipping this car to the customer in Dubai in about 2 weeks.

Back on Dec. 27th 2005 Will Martin picked up his just finished ChopTop here.

The car had been here about 3 weeks while we did a ChopTop on it. Prior to that the car had been at Fast Fieros for about 6 months getting a 3800SC installed. When Will left here with his car, he took it back to Loydes so he could finish the unfinished engine swap he had been working on for 6 months.

Here are a couple of pics taken the day Will picked up the car..

And here's Will with a smile, thinking that he's going to have a finished car soon..... it had a 3800SC in it & just needed to be finished .... (Boy was he wrong)

4 or 5 years later, this is what it looked like sitting in the Texas sun at Loydes....

A Few months ago, after a lot of pain & expense, Will finally got his car back. 7 years later he gets a shell of a car back.

After looking at it for a while, he called me & knowing that if I had the car, it would actually get finished. Will & I worked out a price & I bought the car.

I was delivered a couple of weekends ago.

This is what Will ended up with after all that money & time....

It makes you sad.
