It would be nice to have it at an event this year. Even with 2.8 and in primer. Time will tell. Gianina is pushing me I'm just moving slow in my old age.

If you need help one weekend I can come down. I don't know much (read anything) about body work but I need to learn sometime. I know it will be a pain to do all that sanding by yourself lol

Sounds good could always use some help. I ordered some polyester primer today. But still a long way from using it.

I got home today and was sitting in my chair and Gianina looked at me and ask if I was going to work on the car. I let her know the fiberglass needs to cure for a while and she said I could work on the front. So here we go. Front clip off and marking for front headlights.

Thought I would take a couple more shots of the car. Really, hoping to end up with a very different looking Fiero.

I worked on the headlights today. I just have them sitting in place but gives a little visual. I hope I will get the brackets made tomorrow to bolt them to the car. Then I can work on the front clip some more.

I like the way the wheels look on the car. It is a very different looking Fiero. I saw the same looking wheels but in black on a 06 GTO today made me think of the car

I did not take any pictures today it was mostly just adjusting and working on getting the front clip were it needs to be. I ended up bringing it in another inch shorter. I hope to get the hood back on tomorrow and see what it looks like.

Thanks; I wish that G1 interior would work in the car. I will be running a different gage cluster and need the dash deeper for the windshield. Waiting to see how it turns out with door skins.

Gianina and I was is San Antonio today looking at homes and we saw a white bumper pad in a garage in Helotes. We wondered if anyone on here owns it? It looked clean.

I was shocked, while in Corpus today I saw a silver GT with black primer across the front and headlights in up position. That makes two Fieros in two days.

I have it marked on the calendar. Just wish we had the car ready. I made a little time to work on the hood today. Thought I would pass a couple of pictures on. I will keep the hood smooth ( no vents) I think it makes the front look wider.

Plans are to have the transmission cooler on one side and the oil cooler on the other for the LS4. The side skirts have vents that will go to the brakes. Been lazy today just watching the NASCAR race not much car work getting done.

Really liking the progress on the door panels.

Also, I'm extremely curious as to how you will tweak this area to make it 'fit' with the rest of the car.

Everything else seems to flow really well, great work!

I know what you mean, that front end with those headlamps looks great.

Try playing with that vent a little bit. I think that might be throwing me off looking through it and seeing concrete. Filling it in a bit, or maybe making that 90* in the bottom left more swoop-y or something... idk, I'm sure you'll figure something out.

I have been thinking of filling that vent. It is not needed and like you said might fix it.
