Glad I went back and reviewed my post. My spell checker had converted "awe inspiring" to "I souring"

Although I have not spoke to John in a while, but I am guessing he is still hibernating. Its still hovering around freezing so if its not snowing its raining with ice in places. Its hard to work on cars when your teeth are chattering and fingers start to go numb.

This is what we're up too...
Playing with Caddy taillights, not sure if this will work out some views

Upper wing is roughy dropped on right side to fit and view Caddy taillight only

The Camaro taillights with Lambo type arrows

Maybe upside down and staggered

I also tweaked wings, raised middle part up higher 1"

I agree Caddy lights look way better than the Camaro lights. However it is your car so what you like best is the best option.

Thank you so much, but I just found out you have Murci with LS4 to boot that's one perfect ride

Back to RBS2 it does have some flavour of both or more Lambos, with oversized windshield laid back the profile has that Aventador and Reventon look
I'm not to happy how the Reventon style rocker panel scoop turned out going to tweak that part until it looks better on RBS2

One more vote for the caddy lights. And I can hardly believe that a builder of your quality even mentioned my ride. I like mine but I am so much more impressed with your work than mine.

Mount them the way Cadillac does on the ELR up over the rear quarter panels. That would probably look awesome. Might need some tweakin for the correct angle

Thank you, I love that look up over quarter panels, actually I was thinking of redoing RBS2 something like a wilder looking XLR type , I'm just too old for the Lambo style ride anyway

Dratts, I'm just a butcher your ride is finished so perfect the black wheels look great do you have a hardtop to put on ?

Back to RBS2, Clynt also likes the Caddy lights, I like the Camaro well, it looks like everyone going for Caddy.

JUST A BUTCHER? You're way too modest! Even in it's rough unfinished state I'm in awe of your inspired work. I only wish that you had started with a new car. I'm sad that the original one is no longer with us. They're never finished. We are building a removable hardtop but I have to finish the door glass first. It had Sebring glass mounted solidly. I am planning on doing a soft pull down mechanism for the door so that I don't have to slam them and I need to make sure that there is room for the soft pull down mechanism along with the window and it's mechanism. Back to your build. It's way more interesting than mine. Mine is just a stock Triangle G G28 body. No modifications at all.

How about putting the caddy lenses in (I'm assuming they are red) with the camaro lights behind them.

Similar to Yellowstone's car http://images.fieroforum.co...IMG4526_(Medium).JPG

I think a set of LED Kia Soul tail lights mounted sideways would look perfect in your car : http://www.ebay.com/itm/LED...em2ec33ab043&vxp=mtr

Great idea Formula, the Lambo style LED arrows will look cool behind lenses, something to brainstorm with Clynt

No problem, the Kia Soul taillights look alot like the Lamborghing Murcielago's tailights.
I see no problem adding a little Soul to your masterpiece....

I haven't gone out yet to measure Soul lights, rough photoshop without scale ?
It's not bad, but I think the Caddy has sharper angles at each end, we'll still play with all to make sure

Caddy lights, scale is very close, taken from actual earlier pic (you can see Clynt's thumbs on lights )

I still like the caddy lights best... They seem more mad max and in your face to match the car. IMHO the soul lights seem too ricey but to each thier own lol. Glad to see this amazing car didn't get black bagged!!!

That's a slick looking bumper do you have a side view of your ride are the Caddy lights going to wrap around the sides or into body ?
Let us know about the conntectors and we let you know too, I want to see how the Caddy taillights light up

EDIT: that's okay nightonfire, I just found your thread

Now flip them the other way, with the wider part on the outside.

Thanks for the compliment, that is huge coming from you
Ya I fabricated the 355 look awhile back, as for the lights, I have already been chopping, heating, bending, and welding new plastic to chop off the end of the light (that extending portion) so the lights will have a flushed in look (into the body) I have seen them lit up, and look pretty sweet, as for the connectors a team effort sounds great !

OK, now try the Soul tail lights with the flat part on the top and the sharp pointed ends facing outside...I think it would kinda make the back of the car look like it was really pissed off.
