Now there is a bunch of shuffling about to happen and quickly.

The entire external body panels from this new car are being put on BluDrm (86GT) + one stock rear wing...painted Porsche midnight blue metallic...going to have a few fun and unique touches...stay tuned...2-3 weeks from completed pictures of BluDrm.

Once the panels from this new one have been removed...it is being loaded on a trailer and is heading to EVM_Rob to get her MERA/308 body mounted and prepped for paint...so ecstatic that it now will have T-Tops !!! We will pick her up in 3 weeks and bring her back to DFW for paint.

When we pick her up, we will be dropping of my silver 88GT to begin her transformation into "MyTestarossa"...updates will be little on that one until the others are completed.

Unfortunately Rob Amida is so busy and backed up...it will be another few weeks before I receive Barbie's new G1 Dash and door panels...so I would imagine I am about 16 weeks out for the same for the MERA/308...can spend the time gathering new carpet, headliner, visors, and such. Once we receive the new G1 dash and door panels from Amida...we will change out the interior.

The interior (excluding seats) and rear tail-light panel will be going up for sale shortly.

Pretty awesome !

About the only thing i would suggest would be to sell the nose and get one of Amida's noses,...night and day difference IMO.

Going to start with Jimmy's nose first...actually have two of his F355 noses now (one of each type)...maybe if I sell both I can get one of Amida's!

Nosrac,

My grandfather use to tell me: People have issues or they have vices.

I have vices and I am turning this vice into a private collection / show room for a handful of custom to order turn-key cars...already have an order and deposit for a Testarossa.

Will start out offering the following:

BODY OPTIONS:
* Purest Edition: a restoration of your favorite flavor of Fiero,

* 308/MERAs,

* Testarossas (stretched), MyTestarossa

* F355 body (stretched),

* Dino body

* & Countach 5000 D&R (none stretched)

ENGINE OPTIONS:
* Rebuilt 2.8 (with 30,000 mile warranty)
- Turbo Charger Option available

* Rebuilt 3800-SC (with 30,000 mile warranty)
- Inter-cooler Option available

* Rebuilt DOHC 3.4 (with 30,000 mile warranty)

...All engine options will be dressed to better than stock factory and will have color customization options

TRANSMISSION OPTIONS:
* 5 Speed
* 6 Speed
* Auto with Paddle Shifter

Interior Options:

* Amida G1 door panels and dash
* Amida F355 interior
* 7" Andriod Infotainment system
* MOMO steering wheel
* Foot pedal upgrades
* Several other customizing options

I will have a Website in about 90 days.
But in regards to the new addition... I will be able to give better pictures and more info Thursday night after I drive her back from OKC.

3800-SC, G 5-speed, Dyno is 380 if I remember correctly...again will have more info shortly.

Didn't go through with the purchase...the engine has serious issues...headed back to DFW empty handed

At max I would not pay more than $2k for this car after inspection...if that..the waterfall fiber-glass is separating from the hood complete all the way around.
The engine is running very rough, smoking, bleeding oil from the block, snapped dog-bone, and has a hell of a knock...don't think it would have made the 3 hour trip back to DFW honestly.

The worst part is that in my opinion he was shady and even tried to hide the issues.
He stated he just topped off the oil for me and accidentally spilled the majority on the engine by accident.

I guess he didn't think I was going to move it 10 feet and let it run for 10-15 minutes. Once I did...she continue to smoke the entire time...now hit the throttle a tad and add some back pressure and you can watch the oil squirt out of the back side of the block where it is cracked.

That car was beautiful at one point...but it has been beat to hell since that day....what a disappointment.

Buyers Beware!

UPDATE: Can't keep a good man down!

I quickly rebounded and need to re-shuffle once again.

My silver 88 that was going to be the MyTestaross...will now shift into the 1st position...unless I find an 88 with T-Tops by Friday.

I snagged Darth's Zero mile 3.4 DOHC engine that he had available...no not a 3800-SC...but I thought I would try some diversity...think I will eventually Turbo charge it.

I need to see if Fieroflyer, phonedawgz or maybe even Danyel can do me a harness...I need to ensure that it accounts for power steering (if anything is even needed there) & AC.

Now I am on the hunt for another 88 with a Getrag 5 speed...if in the next week...one with T-Tops...if not...then only one with sunroof.

I am now setup with my own top-end Eastwood powder coating system with an oven large enough to bake a cradle
...actually that is what was used to do Barbie's intake and valve covers.

I ordered 10 Lbs of AlsaCorps Powdachrome...going to order another 10 lbs. next week....I am going to use the hell out of that stuff.
Just in case you are not familiar with the finished results:

I also ordered 10 lbs of the following High-temp silver powder coating from Caswell Inc.:

BluDrm is starting to be prepped to be painted and assembled:

THANKS EVERYONE!

Still have a lot to get completed between now and then.

But I figured that I dedicate so much time to my work...that I needed a way to make my work to focus on Fieros!

Actually the biggest piece I have to tackle and figure out the time to knock out is the website itself.

Do we have any site designers that are masters in Dreamweaver out there, that could assist?...I know we got the skills in PS part of the suite!
