OH Sorry, I thought they were not actually on as they looked yellow and out of focus. It looked like the #'s were just drawn on the panel or something.

That is as bright as they get without damaging the displays over time.

Thanks again for the pic, Tom

Posting some pics of the kit I bought- I don't have all of the screws in yet as this was a test fitting, but you get a good idea:

Bump

You still making these? I would be interested in at least the gauge overlay. Probably the AC/radio surround too.

Thanks for asking. Yes I am still making the trim panels and the digital gauge kit specifically for the Fiero.
Do you need the trim panel for the Aux gauges above the stereo or just for the main dash?
Thanks, Tom

I would only need the main dash piece but I may be playing around with making a new center console soon so I am not sure if I need that piece. I would need the gauge overlay for sure though.

Ok, for the main dash piece it would be $41 including shipping in the US. You can send me payment via my Paypal account which is under my email address of tbsb9595@worldnet.att.net

Do these panels have recessed holes, like stock?

I like the idea, but I don't want the torx bolts to stick out.

Sorry but they don't have recessed holes. I know the screw will stick out, but black screws on a dark tinted panel aren't that noticable.
Most folks like the look of it. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for your interest,

You could change out the hardware and go with a screw with a lower profile head too!

Yes I could have them made in red or any color that I can get the material in. I would have to charge you around $20-30 extra to build a kit in red as I usually order 10 at a time. Let me know if you want to do this.

Thanks,
Tom

I don't have the funds right now but if you ever do come out with one for the old tan interior (pre-beachwood) I would definitely have to grab a set. The black just doesn't flow all that well with my interior!

Probably the tan color of the map holders on the doors of the beachwood/pre 86 light brown. Like I said I don't have the funds right now but if it turns out nicely I'm sure others will want it too.

Hi Tom:

How does the shifter trim attach? I know that you mentioned two sided tape, is that the final solution?

thanks

I have a double din radio. If I sent you the exact dimensions of the hole for double din radios could you make one to fit them? I think the option of being able to upgrade easily to double din/navigation/touchscreen/Realtume ALDL readouts would entice people to buy these more. I would be happy to take pics of the install afterward. If you could make that size of a trim piece all people would need would be to move the little relay back there which is only a 20 second job.
