I didn't get your PM. I'm having trouble with my email at present so if you coud give me the details here I will send you a check. I'm thinking 2 shifters in dark brown are ($35/ea), $70, plus $20 core, plus shipping. My address is 1734 Ravizza Ave, Santa Clara, CA, 95051. Please let me know. I wanted to get my order in before the price goes up. Thanks in advance. Also, who do I make the check out to and address to send it.
I just received a set of these (one automatic and one manual). They look positively fantastic! . Also, Matt donated them to the Gateway Fiero Show as prizes to be given away. I did not ask him to do this, so I want to say THANK YOU publicly to let everyone know he is a stand-up guy. (I knew this before, but I wanted to make sure everyone else knew...)
Thanks again Matt. Hope you can make it to the show some time.
bump for ya, I may want to get another manual gray shift knob from you. I got one of the *prototypes* on my car and it still looks fantastic. I just got another car and the shift knob just doesnt seem the same. How much are they now if you are still making them?
If it is a manual knob it doesnt have to be leather covered i can recover those. The autos need to have been at 1 time leather covered or they have a pin under where the button is. This pin keeps the button in place. This pin is not the one that keeps the shift knob on the automatic shaft.
I still owe you a core when I find one in the junkyard, Is there any other vehicles that come with the same knob? Like a Sunbird? If so I'll have no problem finding one.
Can you recover a Z34 5 spd shift knob?
Its not threaded, rather has a set screw and slides onto a flatbar shifter arm.
Got2b GM send me a pic of what it looks like. I just did a manual shifter for an 05 mustang that turned out amazing so if anyone has one i can do those now too, turn around time will be a bit longer though because i dont have any cores in stock.
I am dropping my prices to $33.00 + core from now untill july 4th for all manual shift knobs except the indy color! This includes shipping on all items. Or you can get one on ebay!

i have some colors that are very close to beechwood. The problem is that when you put it by itself on the shift assembly it will look correct but... when you put it say next to the vynal on your door skin it will look off this is because it is very hard to purchase leather that matches a material that is 25-22 years old that has been sunfaded/ greasy from skin/ .... what ever an interior goes through. I will see if i can get that pick back up i have about 16 or so colors of brown.
FYI!!! If you buy mr mikes you can get a swatch of the leather from him that matches and i can cover the shift knob with that leather.
