would it be possible to get a headliner out of the carbon fiber that you use for the visors?

C/F for the headliner, I don't see a problem with using it

If glued properly, shouldn't be a problem,

So how does the sunshade stay up if I hit a good size bump or pothole?

Just received my T-Top sun shades. I had previously bought a headliner, floor mats, and sun visors from Russ. Outstanding quality!

The TTop sunshades fit about the same way as the regular sunshade, in between the glass and the headliner. I made them as a very tight fit and have been makeing them for over four years without a problem

Yes thanks. So does that mean if the sunroof is opened that shade moves with it?

I just happened to find this a while back. I plan on buying a sunshade from Russ, so I cannot comment on the fit but if they are tighter than the factory then you should not need to do this. Sunshades need to be removed when you have your sunroof open

I prefer that it does move with so I don't have to remove it to open it every time.

Lornes - The one's I make don't move, you could always add the Velcro to have them attach to the glass later. I don't do that part as I cannot guarentee that it will not hold up, as I do stand behind my products
Here are pics of some products sent out

Hey Russ, I just purchased an Archie sunroof headliner. Will your headliner material kit work with that? If so I'd like one in Black. Brian
