yes i'll put together the list this weekend. I worked myself this week to the point of exhaustion...came home yesterday and passed out by 6pm....more like blacked out. I feel like a truck ran me over today, so I plan to take the day off and relax with very little mental stimulation as possible...lol Dave
I got the list together and I'll have numbers once I get into the shop this morning. I got tied up with a BMW timing chain yesterday. The parking brake issue I do have resolved, but I don't have the fix readily available yet. I found a place online that makes custom parking brake cables and it will need one cable to be made. The Lebaron brake upgrade puts the calipers in the same location and whatever those guys are using will probably work as well. From my experience with that kit, the stock cables didn't work either. Dave, glad to hear about the ebrake solution, will be watching for the info. My question is about replacing the brake hoses. i would like to get a set of braided lines but don't know which year i should buy for the 87 fiero with the 88 calipers. thanks al

Get the hoses from the Fiero Store. They have a kit that is for 84-88...part number: 56098
I made some adjustments to the rear brackets and I'm tweaking a few things to keep the prices the same. I should have everything ready later today to take orders.

ok, here is the deal for the second run of the brackets.
The brackets will be made from steel instead of aluminum. This is due to the high cost of the one piece front brackets. By using steel, we can TIG weld the ears on and have the parts be just as strong. I will powdercoat all parts. They will still be professionally made. The ears will be made in Haus and welded to the machined brackets.
The concentric rings for the rotors will be a better fit. My first design was meant to be sweated to a new hub with zero tolerance which was great for my mock up/ personal car, but not great for the real world. That is why I took a hand grinder to add some clearance to the rings. The next batch will already be clearanced for a "slide on fit".
The fronts will have hardware as before. Nothing has changed. I do recommend adding blue threadlocker to the 12mm bolts when installing. The rears will not have hardware due to the lack of 11mm correct sized bolts. I rethreaded my personal cars to 7/16x14 and have not had issues.
The pricing will be as follows: $160 for a front kit/ $150 for a rear kit. If both kits are purchased at the same time, $300 for both to combine shipping.
It will take 6-8 weeks for completion and delivery of the kits. I expect to be able to send them out at the end of June.
Due to the high cost, I will need to receive payment up front and we will get the ball rolling today.

I was wondering why the inside of the ring looked like that. But it sure was a "tight" fit. This makes me wonder, that doesn't mean the one piece machined aluminum brackets are weak, right? Just a good amount lighter (and more expensive).
No, they are not weak. I've tested them out thoroughly. They held up to all kinds of driving including 1/4 mile. I like the aluminum ones, but they were way too expensive to run again. The machine shop misquoted me the first run, but told me they would be triple the next run, so I had to go with Fieroaddiction's design on the steel with welds.

Ok, sounds good. Glad I got the brackets when I did then.
It looks like everyone who is interested has paid. I will run off two extra sets just in case. If there is anyone who wants in...I need payment this weekend.
I still need rings for the rear. I won't be able to send you payment until Thursday though, my bank account just got cleaned out because I was in desperate need of tires. I hope that's ok.
Very close to getting ready to install my front and rear upgraded brakes. I should have my rotors and hub assembly back in a couple of days. I went to local parts stores for wheel studs and only found some that are about an 1/8th of an inch longer. Not sure if these would work. Does anyone have a part number for the wheel stud that would work with chrome acorn lug nuts? Thanks, Mike.
