You mean Synthesis? I had a beer and talked with him last night as he's at the 30th right now. If I bump into him again, I'll let him know someone is looking to get in touch with him about something.
If it's a harness you're looking for, that may be an issue as he can't do them himself anymore and he has a couple open orders he has to get sent out before he'll be able to get production going again.
Hey... I just checked my PMS on my phone. I havent been on the forum for a while due to life. Did you not get your shipment? Call me please. Two won ate two five 9 seven 3 one eight.
just received my hella lamps from yellow and blue lighting today. boy i LOVE it when Coc@suc#$%-ers send me a handful of plastic fittings and screws and NO GODDAMN CLUE on how they intend this **** to stay together !!!

Install the clips in the buckets first. Two on bottom, one on top, or vice versa...
The ball of the adjuster faces forward on the lamp. Match the three clips to the three adjuster locations.
Once they have been inserted into the light housings and twisted to lock into place, line them up in the bucket with the clips. Use a C clamp or ratcheting bar clamp (thanks for this suggestion seajai!) and gently clamp them into place. It will pop in after some resistance, and you are then ready to do the next adjuster.
well, i'm calmer now and followed the link posted above - bless you sniper and zmcdonal. From reading what had been posted, i was expecting to have EVERYTHING I NEEDED and be done in 20 minutes - what a crock ! Do Not start this if you have other things to do !
Anyone doing this project should adjust your expectations to reflect:
This is NOT a quick and easy upgrade ! Why ? because it takes a lot of time and care to mount the friggin lamps to the housings ! Hella gives 3 sets of mounts per lamp, but there are 4 holes. They gave me NO directions except a description of the D.O.T. requirements - thank you Very much.
Even if you use the excellent instructions linked above, you better think things through and proceed slowly and carefully. there is NO margin for error and the fittings are plastic. i don't know WHAT you'd do if you mounted a lamp in the wrong hole or started cracking the fittings or bending the long, thin screws.
Forget about finding H9 connectors in the scrap yards. GM, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota, BMW, Mitsubishi All use a TON of 9005 and 9006. While i was at the yard for something else, i looked for about 2 hours and could not find a single H9 !!! Give up, buy them new, and do the re-wiring.
I'd recommend expecting to spend half a day from start to finish on this adventure, if you wanna do it right the first time. After all, these ARE your headlights, and they move up and down everytime you turn them on and off.
Sorry guys, I haven't been on the forum in a couple of months now. I've sort of withdrawn from car society as a whole ever since the car accident.
I'm still dealing with back, neck and shoulder pain.
I have a couple sets of buckets still sitting at the shop. They've been there for a while now and probably have a healthy coating of dust on them.
I can't do harnesses at all anymore due to the wrists and hands, and now the neck and shoulder pain. My attempts to contract others into building them for me have failed, usually halfway through a harness.
I still have some connectors and relay housings but have not ordered replacements.
I'm willing to put together what I do have for harness parts, or point out some sources for those who are comfortable building their own. I don't know if I have enough connectors for a complete harness.
I can also release the wiring harness schematics for anyone to build their own.
If you'd like buckets, let me know via email from my "Email" link on the top right of this post. Sorry for the lack of communication lately.
The damaged ones were crushed to the point of no chance of straightening them. We've marked them as a complete loss and scrapped them. The front light panel was bent so badly that if you straightened it, the buckets would not have been dimensionally accurate.

Sorry guys.
Will you guys be makin another run? If not please contact me .... THX
