It been a while since I posted on here. I retired from the USAF a few years back and now have my fathers 1972 C-10 pick up in work. The old Fiero I tinkered with has lost its fun for me and needs to go.
Up for sale is a 1988 Fiero with a junk yard Series 1 3800 n/a with a 4T60E transmission from a 94 Bonneville Vin L. The car started out as a base model coupe and I added the fast back section, nose and ground FX. I added power windows, power door locks and power mirrors, rear sway bar. Also has rear window defrost, Space Coast Fiero single piece tail light assembly, 17" Excel Rims (1 has road rash from my teen age driver). It has a Purple Reign dropped alternator bracket but I figured out it can be used a N/A motor with the alternator installed but it carries the belt very well It has saddle brown interior with the usual minor tear in the drivers seat, interior is ok but the stereo surround is unbroken... Come with Panasonic MP3/WMA cd player and rear wing/spoiler. Car runs and drives with valid NJ inspection. New alternator, new battery and new starter. I have put a 2000 miles on the drive train, its pretty solid. The car is in primer black but is actually a red coupe. Its not a show car and never would be, but its also a fun car to flog the snout out of, hooks up and drives straight. Two issues I haven't been able to resolve is low oil pressure after an hour or so of driving, never gets to below 10 psi at idle and also doesn't like to start when hot, acts like a dead battery. If it sits for 15 or 20 minutes starts fine. I lost the passenger side 1/4 window this winter, haven't wanted to spend any $$ on it. I need this gone. Starting the bidding out at 1800 or best offer.
Thanks 88Ironduke

Also for sale is an 88 coupe front K member complete stock front suspension. Wheel bearing are old but roll, poly bushings and solid steering rack. 200 local pick up only.
Also a solid 88 rear cradle from automatic, 50 bucks local pick up.
I also have a set of rear Monroe struts, assembled with coupe springs free to a good home, rear trailing arm links for an 88, 50 dollars plus shipping and a couple of rear brake calipers with working slider bushings, 25 per caliper plus shipping.
Everything is subject to negotiation so please help me clean out some of this stuff.
the mirror on the right side is there, the 1/4 window went off when the roads were just horrible this winter. The dash cluster is from an 88GT that I pulled from a junk yard many years ago, the original cluster is long gone but the odometer is accurate at 122K.
edit: The steering rack in the car is original to my knowledge. I never had to R2 it.
Thanks for looking. 88Ironduke
