A completed choptop with swapped motors do NOT sell for 10K nearest one I found was 20K .... good luck in your quest. If you are willing to do some work on it there is one that is 70 - 80% completed and requires paint .... Lance Mullen's 88 fastback. https://www.fiero.nl/forum/F...1/HTML/092379-6.html

Yes I know they are not cheap..I should have said I'm not opposed to a project just not wanting to get into another half finished choptop again or any major work..

Both these threads are for sale at the same shop in Norfolk, VA. They do great work, maybe you can negotiate some work into the sale price.

Here is another thread about the shop https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/084929.html

Careful what you ask for... especially if you're tall.

A friend of mine owns an Archie choptop with a Corvette V8. Beautiful car, lots of power. He wanted me to co-drive it at a local autocross. Sounds like fun, eh? Nope. I don't fit. I''m 6'3" and it's uncomfortable as hell trying to sit in that car. Add a helmet to the mix and it's next to impossible. After a couple runs through the course I said thanks but no thanks. It's much more fun driving my "bubble-top" 88 Formula.

I second this one. If I had the money it would be mine.
