On Wednesday, Feb 3rd, we're having a 10% sale on our entire catalog. Warmer weather is in sight, so take advantage of this opportunity to finish winter projects and stock up for spring.

This would be a much better deal if the issue with placing orders had been fixed last month when I had the same problem and spent time and effort explaining the problem, taking my time to test on different browsers & devices. This is the second time in the last 2 months where I haven't been able to place an order online, because of problems with the site. This is the third time I've missed a 10% off event because of problems placing an order. The payment issue seems to be a recurring problem, as well.

While I'm sure that this isn't some sort of deliberate scheme, it is very irritating when the cart doesn't work properly, and checkout doesn't work properly, especially on the regular basis I'm experiencing.

Had same issue with my order. Would not take PayPal. Had the same thing happen on my last order. Had to use the credit card option instead to use my debit card. Not a fan of using my card online. That's why I have PayPal. As always, they excel in quality and customer service, but I hope the PayPal issues get sorted soon.

Same here my first gen IPad doesn't play so well with Paypal anymore or some websites for that matter.

I suspect that the 10% discount is what throws PayPal off. PayPal is set up to discard transactions if numbers are interfered with. Perhaps the Fiero store's site is transmitting the original price and the discounted price on accident.

FWIW, I've ordered from them many, many times and never had an issue with the site. Including today and the 10% off day last fall. But I always use a credit card.

I don't know what the problem was in this instance, but last time, I got no discount IIRC. The process over the phone was lengthy and only 3 items. This order was to be more than 40 items. I'm not going to spend hours on the phone, like we did back in the early 80s when placing orders. Last time, TFS had me try a bunch of stuff, believing the problem was on my end. Then I had to wait while they tried (and failed) on their end. Then we did some troubleshooting. Then was the process of them running the items through individually.

Lorne, for those other web sites, try Maxthon browser. It may breathe some life into your iThing.

Wow 40 items, I thought your 88 was in good shape. Thanks for the browser info but it also requires newer IPad

Thanks. My order included screws, stainless brake lines, training arms, fuel pump, gaskets, etc. Trying to order them before they're gone. As I recall, especially with the work you've done, yours (when the interior is assembled) is in as good of condition as mine, except the front bumper.

Hmmm. We run Maxthon on the iThing 1 at work, but I guess they updated the software.

Are you going to put training wheels on the end of those training arms?

LOL! Gotta love autocorrect.

Well, the trailing arms were out of stock. My trailing arms are good. Dunno about bushings.
