I've found a complete aluminum sd4 on Indiana open wheel , have to buy the whole car though. Plus some other parts. Look under midgets and vintage.

One thing to consider is that the SD4 was a 80's limited production racing engine design. It is now a dated engine but they are still quite expensive when you come across them. They make for a good swap, but for the cost many other good options are available. I doubt if you could build this engine to more than 200 HP economically while keeping it streetable.

I have an SD motor, Weber carb, misc parts, and a race modded Getrag I'd sell.

Wow. That is quite the engine. Aluminium block, and 15:1 Compression. I wonder if that runs on pure alcohol.
It certainly won't be streetable. But cool to know some SD4's are still popping up for sale.

You should post this on FB. SD4 parts are always wanted.
There's someone looking for a valve cover, another for an aluminum head.

Would anyone happen to have an SD4 intake for a 4 barrel carb that has the fuel injection bungs (do not need to be pre drilled)?

Also, does anyone know the bolt sizing and spacing for a 12 bolt SD4 crank?

Thanks in advance!
