No tracking number yet as of Thursday 2/21 still waiting for a reply. The UPS and FEDEX shipping locations in WV are open till 6pm. So if he goes to school during weekdays school is out at 2:30pm not sure what days he works after school. I will update everyone if i get a tracking number at some point today..

I have already filed a paypal claim and case is still open. This coming weekend will be 2 weeks since i filed claim. I paid January 10th for goods and services. I wonder if anyone else ever received items or tracking numbers. Paypal will step in if needed and make a final decision.

My Fiero has been sitting since January 10th waiting for a fuel tank and sending unit so i can get it running. I paid $150.00 paypal goods and services so he had my money enough time to get a box and have enough funds to ship it out within a week. It was supposed to have the sending unit but then it turns out the sender he had from his 3800 swap fiero was rotten sat outside for two years so if it ever gets to New York it will just be the tank and no sending unit. I need to spend more money for a good sending unit.
I will update everyone when the package arrives to New York. Only has to travel 7 hours from West Virginia. He shipped it 2 day so should get here Saturday. Now if he only shipped it last month after he had my funds and plenty of time to get it packaged My fiero would have been on the road and driving LOL.

Well it didn't get here yet most likely Monday i checked the tracking number it is currently in NJ which is 2 hours south from me so it should be departing from there this evening and headed north LOL. Then it will most likely get here Monday. Sometimes the larger packages will take an extra day. Will post update Monday.
I have no say in this thread other than my previous post. I can only HOPE that your tank is in better shape than almost everything else he sold on Ebay. Everything he sold looked like complete garbage and looking at his items for sale, I would never buy anything from this guy unless it was new in a box.
Hopefully your tank doesn't have a million pinhole leaks. I would 100% test it overnight with water before installing it in the car.
Well he promised me a solid 1984 fuel tank. Said it was from a rust free 1984 parts car with no title. I will post pictures when it arrives and also do the leak test as you mentioned. The shipping receipt says 18 pounds and only cost $30 bucks to mail it 7 hours WV to NY. The small sail panel never made it to Florida had to be refunded. Definitely will post pics on Monday. My 84 fiero should have been running and driving a month ago.

Glad it Finally arrived. Did he charge extra for the rust? and yes I know it's got some age on it. Test it before you install it to test for pin holes / leaks.
Yes it does have some rust as expected. It came from an 84 parts car with no title he said but the frame was solid. I just wish he had shipped it out a lot sooner as i did paypal him the money so he had enough funds. I will do a leak test just to have that peace of mind.

No need to say anything else. The guy has been banned, money and/or parts FINALLY repaid/shipped. The issue was his non-communication leaving everyone hanging while he took our money to use for his own purposes. That's embezzlement and mail/wire fraud. The fact that he was finally forced to make good doesn't make him any less culpable or a dirtbag.

If you scammed one person, you're a scammer. Not scamming one person doesn't prove you're not a scammer. Delivering with poor/slow service as with this gas tank is not being a good seller on one transaction. You appear to have a LOT of character issues to work on.
Scammer has to come back and use new name. Scammer did you send everyone's parts??? I sent for free to three people parts you ripped off and Hal would not accept them free. Scammer have you made good with everyone yet?
I finally did receive the gas tank took 46 days to complete the transaction. So my Fiero has been sitting that long waiting for parts. It only took 3 days to get to New York and cost him $31 and change. So he had plenty of funds on Jan 10th to get a box and ship it usps priority mail. If i didn't receive it by March 2nd after filing claim then paypal would have stepped in and refunded my money.
Yes i know the tank has rust but no holes or leaks. To be honest i really had no idea what to expect. It is much better than my original 1984 tank that is completely rotten on top and bottom (mainly from sitting for a bit) but i am going to coat this tank to help it last much longer. I am still annoyed i didn't receive the gas tank much sooner as my fiero should have been running and driving by now. Once the seller shipped i received it in 3 days so the whole transaction should have been done in a week. Most transactions are fairly quick maybe two weeks tops depending on the item.
