Looks like a 3400 (2nd gen) set. That being the case, it will probably fit a bunch of other engines too.

Edit... Actually it's the top end gasket kit for an early (91-95) LQ1 DOHC engine.

Raydar- Do I have this kit priced to high? I thought $200 off GM's price plus free shipping was a good deal.

I don't think it's too highly priced. It just depends upon the demand for bits for that particular engine. Not a lot of LQ1 stuff happening, right now.
Also, both LQ1 swaps that I know of that are "pending", are using the later (96-97) engines.

Edit - Just found out the other person is doing an earlier engine. Sent him a link to this thread.
