Hi, I have a pair that I will be removing from an 88GT this weekend. When I get them off and cleaned up I will take some HiRes pix of them. I will also have a set of FOCCA headers available that I will be removing from another 88GT hoever I will not know their condition until I not only remove them but also remove all of the exhaust wrap that are covering them. If interested in either set please email me at LHUBBERT2@BRIGHTHOUSE.COM Thanks.
I have a set of Truleo exhaust headers and crossover. Currently pending, but, could potentially be available, if you're looking for aftermarket exhaust. I'll contact the other interested party, and make sure they are still interested.
Yes please. Larry won't know the condition of his until he removes them. I'll buy both sets if they're in good condition. Please forward info to: jeffc@cfl.rr.com

From my experience, sorry to disappoint you but like many others, Larry never got back to me about few items he promised to sell to me. Then, he disappeared or forgot all about it. I would suggest to keep on looking. In reality, from what I heard, he prefer to sell locally. That's fine, but I don't know why he bothers to tell everyone on the forum that he'd be happy to ship it but never got around to it. Mind Boggling!
Thanks for the heads up. Sounds like another Fiero snowflake. I have a lot of parts and experience. I'm willing to help other forum members, when I can. But these cars are old Pontiacs, not Ferraris. Some people just don't get that. Seems like you do. Have a good morning, my friend.
To All Concerned Sorry to say however that Fiero Vice doesn't know what he is talking about when it comes to me. I always contact people back with not only a price but also with HiRes pix on all of my parts. I have sold plenty of parts and will continue to sell quality parts on here and Facebook. In fact most of the parts I have sold have been shipped out of state and even out of the country so I do not just sell local. I have been selling parts and shipping them all along, however some of the larger heavier parts have been impossible to ship lately and throughout the Covid crisis due to the present high transportation cost, plus some of the truckers were not accepting freight to certain areas and states or their shipping quotes were just to cost prohibitive to ship for the customer to pay for the parts in question. I do this as a hobby since I also hold down a full time job and while you may not get an immediate answer to your inquiry you will get an answer. Also when and if you do decide to purchase something from me it will be a good quality part as I will not sell junk, dirty or rusty parts. I will tell you where that part came from and its condition, etc. I am sorry that Fiero Vice feels the way that he does regarding me and he has been spewing this bogus info all over this Forum, because to the best of my knowledge he hasn't even made any inquiries to me regarding any parts in well over a year or more. Rest assured I am very honest about what I am selling, as is the case with the headers in question. I want to remove them from the engine once it is out of the car and clean them up and inspect them before I will even attempt to post them for sale. I am sorry to have to resort to this sort of post however there are a couple of people on here that have been making bogus statements regarding me and my way of selling. I wish to put an end to all of it once and for all. If someone has a problem with me and/or my sales methods I would greatly appreciate a direct response so that we can discuss this. Please send it to my email address at LHUBBERT2@BRIGHTHOUSE.COM. Yes I do prefer emails since I can keep track of them in File Folders and make sure I follow up with the proper responses which are difficult to do on here as well as on Facebook Messenger. Thank you, have a great day and most of all stay safe.
@ Jeff, I would definitely let him inspect them if they have header wrap on them, that wrap does a good job with the heat, but is hell on the headers themselves. Gets the metal so hot it will burn through, I have had it happen to me. Honestly, ceramic coating is the best. I have two Grand Nationals as well, and nothing is better for getting rid of the heat, besides, they look damn good too. I have had a couple of dealings with Larry, including selling a whole running parts car to him, and he has always followed through with me, just putting that out there. And you are correct, we don't need any more drama here in Ocala lol.
Always loved Grand Nationals, beautiful car and sooo fast. Here's my problem with Larry, if you're buying something, that's one thing. I'm not in a hurry to get them and I told him that. But if you say you have something to sell, you should be able to at least come up with a price, at some point. This has been going on for a week. I just want a price, because if it's too high I'll save him the trouble. I've emailed him directly, as he requested. With the stock logs it's easy to cut the wrap off and inspect them in the car. Fiero Vice sent me a link to back up what he was saying. https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum4/HTML/079334.html No drama here I have three 88's, not my life, just a hobby. Got my eye on a new Ford Maverick.

I'm gonna quote Larry's comments before he erases it... that insulting me is uncalled for.
From Larry's quote, "I am sorry that Fiero Vice feels the way that he does regarding me and he has been spewing this bogus info all over this Forum, because to the best of my knowledge he hasn't even made any inquiries to me regarding any parts in well over a year or more."
See? My link that I provided to Jeffiero confirms what I was saying.
Larry doesn't even remember our last inquiry from two months ago. Maybe his memory is going. I don't know. I was told he's in his 70's.
Maybe he needs to stop doing this if he can't remember things anymore. Maybe someone from his family need to step in & help him before he gets himself in bigger trouble. Because he clearly doesn't remember what he's doing at times.
I'm not here to push anyone down, but to encourage Larry to STOP pulling those pranks if he can't deliver.

I'll just let the obvious speak for itself. If he actually MADE a sale on here, his feedback score wouldn't say "N/A" That is where you rate the sale and allow others to build a trust relationship with the seller. Apparently he's never actually made a sale on this forum yet offers a world of parts.
Now I get an email from Scott Black. He say's that he's welded and ported many manifolds for forum members. I asked him why he didn't just respond to the thread or PM me. He say's that he hasn't posted on the forum in years, yet claims many satisfied customers. I pressed him for his handle: fierox3, he's out of NC. Can anybody vouch for this guy?

I agree. Feedback is a great tool to see how they performed. However, it has some flaws.
I have bought and sold stuff on this forum, to people that I met, in person. I still have no feedback. I understand that folks often don't bother with that. The reason that I was asking about this Scott Black is that he doesn't seem like a scammer. Just, why would he get my email from my profile. Then contact me via email about a WTB post in the forum. While claiming to not be active on the forum for years, and yet having many satisfied customers? Is there some sort of PFF underground? Do I need to PM Danny Bonaduce?

Yes it's a waste of time to bother with his sale pitch. Honeslty it makes no sense he tries to get you to waste your time contacting him offline where he just signores you and makes up excuses as to why he never got your email. If he were serious he'd just post a pic right in the thread and a price and his paypal and be done with it.
Regarding the FOCOA headers, unless they were the stainless steel or coated ones, they're likely trash. I had a mild steel set and live in rust free CA and did not wrap them and they were leaking at the collector area within 5 years and the metal was so brittle an expert welder in my area could not reweld them, they just kept blowing out. They were a great design though.
